Reservoir Canisters for Gas & Liquid

Your Source For Pneumatic Components's reservoir canisters are available in two sizes; half liter and one liter. Basic model reservoirs are capable of handling both liquid and gas applications from 29.92" Hg to 125-PSI. We also offer optional porting, vacuum relief valves, pressure relief valves, float switches and siphon tubes in various sizes, for either the half liter or one liter reservoir canister.

Power Aire's reservoir canisters are ideally suited for medical, photography, vending machine, undersink residential water, food service and processing applications, laboratory use and as flow sight indicators.
They are manufactured of clear FDA Styrene - Acrylonitrile (SAN). Bodies are stress relieved for added clarity and strength. Clear bodies offer on-site examination of flow, liquid levels and contaminant levels.

Caps are manufactured of reinforced polypropylene and are available with 1/4", 3/8", or 1/2" NPT connections for light to medium duty applications. Caps can be ordered with an optional pressure relief button on the inlet side of the cap to relieve the housing pressure when servicing reservoirs.

Housings are sealed with top seated 237 Buna-N O-rings and Acme square thread closure for service reliability. The SAN/polypropylene construction combination has excellent chemical compatibility.

All of our scientific reservoir canisters can be equipped with a Silica Gel Desiccant, a drying agent used with moisture removal applications.

1/2 Liter Reservoir Canisters

Your Source For Pneumatic Components's 1/2-liter reservoir canister, complete with options FS1 and S2. Your Source For Pneumatic Components's long siphon tube option allows liquids to be virtually removed from the entire canister by either pressure or vacuum. Float switch option FS1 comes complete with Your Source For Pneumatic Components's standard six-foot plug in pigtail, for ease of installation.

1 Liter Reservoir Canisters

1-liter reservoir canister, complete with Your Source For Pneumatic Components's bright orange six-foot plug in pigtail. The pigtail connects to float switch option FS1, constructed from polysulfone and styrene, producing a metallic-free environment for both liquid and gas. PVC Siphon tube is used in this S1 option example, in an effort to support a 100% metallic-free reservoir canister.

Alcohol Canisters

Your Source For Pneumatic Components's Alcohol Canisters come in both 1/2 liter and 1 liter sizes. Alcohol Canisters are uniquely configured for dispensable liquids, including Alcohol.
This standard configuration includes a (SMB) surface mount bowl for panel mountable applications. Also included is a (P5) portless cap, for applications where contiuned access and splash resistance is required. Additional standard features include (AP5) and (FS4), an auxiliary bottom port and bottom float switch repectively.
Our Alcohol Canister's bottle material is FDA Styrene-Acrylonitrile, while the float switch and stem's material is polypropylene.

10 Port Manifold Canisters



Your Source For Pneumatic Components's 10-Port Manifold Canisters are ideal for all types of multiple distribution air and liquid applications. Evacuation applications work equally as well. A vacuum source can be easily attached to the 3/8" NPT port in the bottom of the bowl, and ten seperate lines can evacuate multiple automated machine stations.

All ten 1/8" NPT manifold ports are marked with an engraved number, and paint filled with white epoxy paint for easy port identification.

Optional float switches are available for waste applications, when liquid waste recovery is required to be monitored. Automatic float drains are also available in compressed air applications, when condensation is present.

Medical Waste Bottles



Your Source For Pneumatic Components offers a complete line of medical waste bottles, made from heavy-duty polypropylene, for bio-technology applications. Three sizes are available: 1,000, 2,000 and 4,000 milliliter bottles, which are a perfect complement to our line of reservoir canisters. A rugged cap secures a PVC bulkhead, and utilizes an EPDM "O" ring, guaranteeing a leak-proof reservoir under full vacuum.

Up to five 1/8" NPT ports allow a perfect transition, both in and out of the bottle, all with discrete flow paths.

Our float switches are manufactured from PVC and polypropylene, and are a perfect solution for detecting both high and low liquid levels. PVC siphon tubes are also available, allowing liquid removal from the bottom of the medical waste bottle.

Any of our medical waste bottles can easily be used as a waste aspirator, reagent dispenser or as a vessel for scale-up activities in "cell culture" applications. Full vacuum at room temperature is no problem for our autoclavable heavy-duty polypropylene medical waste bottles.

Special porting, seals, siphon tube length, float switch settings and connector installation are available upon request.
