Regulators

AR

Cost effective and clean looking, series AR regulators offer various pressure range settings to accommodate most applications. The locking adjustment knob prevents accidental setting changes. The modular design of the AR series connects with other air preparation equipment.


ARJ

Miniature regulator series ARJ is part of pressure control equipment line. The ARJ series is available with or without one-touch fittings depending on the model type. All models come standard as direct operated relieving style. Two mounting thread options are available on the ARJ210 & ARJ310 series. ARJ1020F comes standard with M5 threads. Options include bracket, pressure gauge, and manifold base (depending on model).


ARM

Regulator manifold series ARM is available in standard size 1000 & 2000 and the modular style is available in sizes 2500 & 3000. Standard models are available with 4 connection methods and have backflow function availability. Modular styles can be freely mounted on a manifold station and have easy set up using the new handle.


ARP

The ARP3000 series is a modular style, direct operated precision regulator. The locking adjustment knob prevents accidental setting changes. The modular design of the ARP series connects with other air preparation equipment.


ARX20

Series ARX20, piston type regulator, is compatible with a primary supply pressure of 2.0MPa and is ideal for pressure adjustment of air blowing applications. The ARX has a compact design with a width of 35mm and an overall length of 80mm. The piston operated design ensures long operating life. The ARX has an easy-to-operate adjustment handle.


IL

Booster relay series IL100 is used when the piping between instrumentation and operational area is long, or when operational area has large capacity. Series IL100 can help accelerate actuation speed considerably.


IRV

The IRV series vacuum regulator was developed to upgrade the design of the T203 model in a more compact size and to expand the range of vacuum regulators. Thread sizes available include Rc(PT), NPT and G(PF).

IR

Series IR Precision Regulators are designed to be compact and light weight. The maximum set pressure has been expanded from the conventional 0.7MPa to 0.8MPa. Relief flow has been increased by nearly 5 times (compared to IR201, IR401). The optional bracket and pressure gauge can be mounted on either the front or back of the unit.

Electronic Regulators


IT

Electro-pneumatic regulator series IT has a series for each output flow rate. In addition to the existing conduit entry, a DIN connector is available. A dedicated exhaust port (M5) is installed to remove air from the nozzle. The IT series comes with monitor signal output and shock/ vibration resistance.


ITV

Series ITV electro-pneumatic and electronic vacuum regulators control air/vacuum pressure steplessly in proportion to an electric signal. They are light weight in design with a bright and easy to read LED display. The monitor output is available either as analog output or switch output. The ITV series is IP65 equivalent.


VY1

A hybrid regulator is created from a regulator and a solenoid valve with the electro-pneumatic regulator series VY1. A maximum effective area of 670mm² (2B) can be covered by the combination of an ultra-compact electro-pneumatic pilot valve (22.4 X 30 X 39) and a 3 port, high-capacity exhaust main regulator (VEX1*00 series). Having the amplifier built into the electro-pneumatic pilot valve, only an external (24V DC) power supply and (1 to 5V DC) signal voltage need to be connected making handling simple. Using the VVEXB/2/4 series, a maximum 10 station manifold is possible.
