Polyurethane Tubing

TAU

Series TAU is designed for air pressure piping to product or assembly while preventing static electricity. It is made of a conductive polyurethane material and is available in black 20m or 100m rolls.

TCU

The TCU series is a polyurethane coil tubing that is very flexible and makes compact piping possible. The TCU series comes in three different tube sizes and comes in the standard color of black.

TFU

The TFU series is a flat polyurethane tubing, which makes compact piping possible. TFU is available in three different tube models as standard and up to 3 tubes available for each model. Standard color is black.

TIUB

Series TIUB polyurethane tubing represents a new high quality standard in polyurethane tubing. The TIUB series is available in inch sizes. There are a variety of standard colors available. A 100m roll is available for all color types.

TU

Series TU tubing represents a new high quality standard in metric size polyurethane tubing. Series TUH, hard polyurethane tubing, is available in a standard or high pressure type and TUS is a soft polyurethane tubing.

Nylon Tubing

T

Metric series T, nylon type, general air tubing is offered in 6 different colors. The T series is available in roll sizes 20m and 100m. The 100-meter rolls are available as standard in black and white only.

TAS

Series TAS is designed for air pressure piping to product or assembly while preventing static electricity. It is made of a conductive nylon + flame resistant nylon material (UL-94 standard, V-0) and is available in black 20m or 100m rolls.

TIA

Inch size nylon tubing, series TIA for general air is available as standard in black or white, 20 meter rolls. Additional colors and roll sizes are available upon request.

TISA

The TISA series is a soft nylon tubing made for general air purposes. TISA is available in inch sizes and comes in a 20m roll as standard and is available in black or white.

TIV

Nylon tubing series TIV is for use in air brake systems on heavy duty vehicles along with instrumentation and secondary air systems. TIV is rated to all applicable industry standards. A variety of tube sizes and colors are available. Type A is available in 1/8", 5/32" and 1/4" sizes (non-reinforced) and type B is available in 3/8", 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" sizes (reinforced).

TRS

Flame resistant TRS soft nylon tubing (Equivalent to UL-94 Standard V-0), is available in 20 and 100 meter rolls. The TRS series is applicable for general air pressure and water in a spark atmosphere such as spot welding. Available colors include black, white, red, blue and green.

TS

Series TS, for general air pressure, Soft Nylon tubing, is available in 6 different colors and 2 roll sizes. 100 meter rolls available in black and white only.

Spark Resistant Tubing

TRB

Series TRB flame resistance double layer tubing is suitable for air and water piping in environments where sparks from spot welders, etc., may be a problem. The double layer design uses a flame resistant resin (equivalent to UL-94 Standard V-0) for the outer layer. The TRB sereis is available in a variety of colors. 100m roll is available for all color types.

Fluro Resin Tubing

TH

Fluoropolymer tubing series TH is available in 4 color variations (translucent, black, red, blue) and 8 size variations. Applicable fittings include high purity fluoropolymer fittings series LQ, One-touch fittings series KQ2, KJ, miniature fittings series M, MS and insert fittings series KF. Applicable applications include food, medical care, semiconductor, automobile and general pneumatic piping.

TIH

Inch size, fluoropolymer tubing series TIH is available in 4 color variations (translucent, black, red, blue) and 11 size variations. Applicable fittings include high purity fluoropolymer fittings series LQ, and one-touch fittings series KQ2 and KJ. Applicable applications include food, medical care, semiconductor, automobile and general pneumatic piping.

TIL

Series TIL high purity fluoropolymer tubing is available as standard in inch sizes of 50' and 100' rolls. The TIL series has outstanding corrosion resistance, compatible with chemicals such as acids, bases and ultrapure water. The TIL series is also compatible with maximum fluid temperatures of up to 200°C.

TL

Series TL high purity fluoropolymer tubing is available as standard in metric sizes of 10m or 20m rolls. The TL series has outstanding corrosion resistance, compatible with chemicals such as acids, bases and ultrapure water.

Coaxial Tubing

TW

Series TW coaxial tubing is available in 20 meter rolls. The TW is a soft nylon material. The outer tube is white and the inner tube is yellow. Used in coaxial air tubing system, it is possible to pipe pneumatic equipment using only one tube.

Polyolefin Tubing

TP

The clean tubing series TP consists of a polyolefin tubing (TPH), and a soft poly- olefin tubing (TPS). Both are available in six different colors and available in 20m or 100m bundles.
