Air Fittings
One-touch fittings come in metric and inch size fittings and are available in a wide variety of sizes, body styles and thread types. The specially designed packing provides positive sealing under pressure without the reduced flow common with compression fittings. One touch fittings are available in a number of special environments such as anti-static, flame resistant, clean room and food service.

Special fittings are available for use in demanding environments. TEFLON™ fittings are available for use in clean room environments and swivel fittings can be used for rotary applications.

One-Touch Fittings
KA
Antistatic One-touch fittings series KA has one-touch loading and unloading. Series KA can be used in copper- free applications and in vacuum (max. -100kPa). Conductive resin is used for body and seals in fittings and tubing. Series KA is flame resistant (UL94 standard, V-0).
KE
Series KE pressure relief valve with one-touch fitting can release residual pressure from a cylinder to the atmosphere by the push button. The two types of available piping are the one-touch fitting type and the Rc(PT) screw type.
KG
One touch technology has been incorporated into this series where all the wetted metal parts are made from stainless steel. This fitting is suitable for use in CRT production for example where the use of copper must be avoided. Other applications include wash down or other environments that could corrode normal fittings. KG can be used for vacuum –100 kPa and pressures up to 1 MPa (~150 PSI). This fitting is available in 27 different body styles, with connection sizes from M5 to ½ R(PT), and tube sizes from 4mm OD to 12 mm OD.
KJ
One-Touch mini fittings series KJ is available for use with miniature valves and actuators, M3 and M5 ported. Their compact one-touch collet design allows easy disassembly with strong tube gripping. Electroless nickel plating is standard.
KP
Series KP are one-touch fittings for clean room blow-off systems and drive air systems. The KP series is completely oil free and liquid-contact areas are non-metallic. Parts are cleaned, assembled and double packaged in a clean room. Resin parts for one-touch series KPQ/KPG (for drive system air piping) are polypropylene.
KQG
Series KQG is a one-touch fitting made of all stainless steel SUS316, except seal parts. The series is suitable for use with steam and is grease-free. Applicable tubing includes FEP, PFA, nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane and polyolefin. The KQG series is available in both metric and inch sizes.
KQ
KQ uni-fit one-touch fittings only require hand tightening to assemble and a snug of the wrench to attain a positive seal in 1/3 of the time of conventional fittings. The innovative design allows use of uni-fit one-touch fittings with NPT, NPTF, RC(PT), and G(PF) threads making the uni-fit design both versatile and time saving. KQ fittings give you identical heights when used in manifolds or other side by side applications enhancing the appearance of your equipment.
KQ2
KQ2 one-touch, metric and inch size fittings are available in a wide variety of sizes, body styles and thread types. The specially designed packing provides positive sealing under pressure without the reduced flow common with compression fittings. The KQ2 release collar releases both the chuck and collet to provide a low disconnection force for easy removal of the tubing.
KR
Flame resistant, one-touch fitting series KR can be used for a wide range of pressures from a low vacuum up to a pressure of 145 PSI. The use of a special profile ensures positive sealing and reduced resistance when the tube is being inserted. KR fittings are effective when piping in a confined space. The body and threaded portion can turn.
Special fittings
H/DL/L/LL
Self align fittings series H, DL, L, LL has ten styles and five tube O.D's providing a wide range of fittings that will fit any application. Flared ridge ferrule prevents accidental loss of ferrule when inserting tubing into the fitting body. Hardened ridge ferrule prevents breakage of ferrule when tightening nut. Flared I.D. provides low flow resistance inside the fitting. The tube holding mechanism gives the strong feeling when inserting tube, and prevents tube from sliding when screwing in the tube.
KF
KF insert fittings are suitable for use with nylon, soft nylon and polyurethane types of tubing. The insert mechanism provides reliable retaining force on both sides of the tube (inside and outside). The KF series can used for a wide range of pressures from vacuum up to a pressure of 1.0MPa.
KK
S coupler series KK employs a unique connection method. A slim body design and large effective area are achieved with a construction that does not use steel balls or valve springs and therefore does not restrict the flow path. Together with a reduction of the body size, pressing parts and resin parts are used to achieve an overall weight reduction.
KS
Rotary one-touch fitting series KS comes with a ball race bearing for oscillating or rotating applications. KS series comes in 5 tube sizes ranging from 4 to 12mm. One touch collet includes anti tube rotation mechanism. KS is suitable for copper free applications.
KV
KV2 fittings are used for commercial truck, transit, trailer and specialty vehicle markets. One-touch technology makes tube insertion (with strong tube holding force) and removal easier. KV2's patented seal allows tube cut angles to be well above the heavy vehicle industry standard. KV2 meets FMVSS 571.106, SAE J1131 and SAE J2494 standards.
KW
Coaxial compatible one-touch fitting series KW is a new and easy to use coaxial tube system. Insertion and release of tube can be carried out with the same ease as an ordinary one-touch fitting. Several fitting types available.
KX
Rotary one-touch fitting series KX comes with double ball race bearing for high speed applications. KX series comes in 5 tube sizes ranging from 4 to 12mm. One touch collet includes anti tube rotation mechanism. KX is suitable for pressure or vacuum applications.
LQ
High purity HYPER FITTING series LQ* responds to the latest demands in process control. From parts cleaning to assembly and packaging, all processes are controlled for cleanliness, and the use of new PFA virtually eliminates particle generation and TOC (total organic carbon) allowing confident use for the most demanding applications. If chemistries or flow requirements are changed duing process, our face seal design allows for quick change of tubing, and/or tube diameters, using the same fitting body.
